There could be an option to save this option to better suit those who like it
not saved. I found it useful to use 'scan clipboard' option all the time
because I don't use clipboard for anything else (selecting some text with
mouse automatically copies it in an X clipboard and can it be pasted simply
by pressing middle mouse button --- Ctrl+C and Ctrl-V are less productive).
There is also the following solution (I saw it in Lingvo electronic
dictionary): define special global keyboard sequence, like Ctrl+Shift+T, and
use it to pop up the window with translation of the clipboard contents. This
is certainly better for those who frequently simultaneously use clipboard and
the dictionary, and has no potential for unwanted window.
