I have some patient data downloaded from Siemens Vision scanner and dicomnifti
do not work with them (nearly at all). When I type "dicomhead filename", I get
empty output. "dicomnifti -v input output" counts correctly the number of
input files ("Reading 1 DICOM files."), but again, generates no output. Because
recently I do not have the standard anonymizing tool with me, I can only send
the data on request with blanked patient name by hand. Parts of DICOM header
not containing IDs (extracted using ImageJ) follows at the end of the report.
My configuration (but I bet it is not important in this case as data from
Siemens Trio and Siemens Symphony get loaded without problem):
Linux 2.6.20-16-generic #2 SMP i686 GNU/Linux
Glibc version: 2.5-0ubuntu14
I have the same problem with GE Elscint Gyrex 2T ... I am not aware weather
should I create a separate bugreport for that as far as the behavior is the
same.
