And still the same problem after two years (which hits a lot of newer
notebooks with dual core 2 and these chips in them).

While the driver now compiles, it will not load because those two symbosl
are not found. Commenting out the line:

   b57um.c:#define BCM_IOCTL32 1

makes the module build, loadable and working (I assume with 64 bit apps, which
is likely all I ever need).
