Package: python-moinmoin Version: 1.5.8-1 Severity: normal
Searching for titles got very slow with the last version of moinmoin. Text search is faster! It seems that if a page is 2 or 3 levels down a hierarchi (like: Programming/Python/Moinmoin) the search engine uses ages to find it. If I search with the fulltext search it finds it in less than a second. I have cleared all caches, but it didn't help. It appears that the bug is known (if it is the same bug) and fixed in 1.6 http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/MoinMoinBugs/SlowLinktoSearch -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-1-k7 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_US.UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages python-moinmoin depends on: ii moinmoin-common 1.5.8-1 Python clone of WikiWiki - common ii python 2.4.4-6 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-support 0.6.4 automated rebuilding support for p Versions of packages python-moinmoin recommends: ii exim4 4.67-8 meta-package to ease Exim MTA (v4) ii exim4-daemon-light [mail-tran 4.67-8 lightweight Exim MTA (v4) daemon -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
