Package: sun-java6
Version: 6-02-1
Severity: normal

Hi!

I was trying to see why the java plugin doesn't work on my system (tried
to use it on Iceweasel, Iceape, Epiphany) and all without success.
And now I am thinking if this problem could be related with this error
below:

$ /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.02/bin/policytool
policytool: xcb_xlib.c:50: xcb_xlib_unlock: Assertion `c->xlib.lock' failed.

com.sun.deploy.panel.ControlPanel

$ /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.02/bin/javaws -viewer
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Can't detect initial thread stack location
- find_vma failed
java: xcb_xlib.c:50: xcb_xlib_unlock: Assertion `c->xlib.lock' failed.

$ /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.02/bin/jconsole
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Can't detect initial thread stack location
- find_vma failed
jconsole: xcb_xlib.c:50: xcb_xlib_unlock: Assertion `c->xlib.lock' failed.

Is this a known problem? Do it have a workaround?

The packages libxcb1 and libxcb-xlib0 have version 1.0-3

Thank you very much!

Best regards,
Nelson
