Are you using IMAP email (only) and/or do you also use other types of
email in evolution?
I asked upstream. He told me, that he had reports of the imap uri in evo
gconf being garbled in special cases.
Could you also try a "killall trackerd && trackerd --reindex" and test
if that changes anything.
