Your package fails to build with GCC 4.3. Version 4.3 has not been
released yet but I'm building with a snapshot in order to find errors and
give people an advance warning.

Patch applied to upstream repository, with <cxxx> style replaced with
<xxx.h> to retain compatibility with the old GCC for OS/2 (which I'm not
sure I still have elsewhere, though, since I do not have any OS/2 build
environment any longer).
