Add Allow* and Deny* configuration files for SFS - secure FS - server,
which is replacement for NFS.

See http://www.fs.net/sfswww/sfs.html [Topic: fssd_config--Meta-server
configuration => BindAddr] which reads:

    BindAddr ip-addr [port]

    Specifies the IP address and port on which sfssd should listen for
    TCP connections. The default is INADDR_ANY for the address and port 4.
