Bug#437228: S21dovecot failed => S21dovecot.conf: not readable

Hi,

today, I encountered the same problem. In earlier versions, it was:
NAME=dovecot

There must be a reason for this change. If it was just to automatize 
something, it should just be reverted/improved.
