So C::A::P::DebugScreen _registers_ fine as a plugin (meaning you can
'use' it in your application), but it does nothing when a runtime error
occurs.
Oops. Unfortunately C::A::P::ViewCode depends on Pod::Xhtml and
Syntax::Highlight::Perl::Improved so I will have to upload these before I
can fix this.
