I upgraded to 1.0-rc3-3 again to get more info. The fullscreen mode for GMplayer and Xine behaves the same for fluxbox 0.9 and 1.0. The difference is only for OOo Impress.
For 0.9 Impress really takes over the whole screen. The fullscreen window cannot be moved around as in 1.0. Keyboard commands (like next workspace) sent to fluxbox are executed "behind" that fullscreen, it always stays up front. For 1.0 a new window is created, just as for Xine, which can be moved. But it does not have the screen size. It lacks about twice the height of the toolbar in height. What other information do you need? Which other package/library could cause that? The only thing I changed is up- or downgrade fluxbox. Everything else stayed as it was.
