I have noticed that imapproxy logs an incorrect time - at least in my case it it minus 2 hours. It seems to me that it occures when chrooting to /var/lib/imapproxy/chroot (it is enabled by default in config file) As this directory is empty I have just put in there etc/localtime and etc/timezone and it seems to do the work.
