Package: libxine1-kde
Version: 1.1.6-2
Severity: normal

Since several weeks, each time I run aptitude dist-upgrade, aptitude wants to
remove libxine1-kde because it's no more compatible with the current version of
libxine1. However, it seeems that it's the only package which provides an arts
output plugin for xine and amarok. There is another package (libarts1-xine)
which is supposed to provide this capability but it doesn't seem to be the
case. So, how can we keep arts support for xine ? Do we need to stay with
libxine1-1.1.6 or is there another way ?

Thanks for your help,
François Valenduc
