I looked at the code, and I think that -u was lost accidentally. The --url option is still supported, and I think that the -u option was just missed when Edward rewrote the argument processing code. He kept around single-character options in several other cases, including -o, -q, -v and -h. I think that -c was lost in the same way as -u, since it's still documented in the manpage. I'm less sure about -n, since it's no longer documented. However, I hope Edward will add it back in, just for the sake of compatibility. I submitted two patches upstream as a part of SF bug #1760001 (one for -u and -c, another for -n) and I'll upload a new Debian package containing my changes either today or tomorrow.
