Any news on this? We are going to upload Zenoss to the Debian archive
and it would be great to have removal hooks to be used in our package.
ATM the best we can do is point in README.Debian the user to what to do
if installation fails due to crap left around by previous installations.
Do you want me to try providing an initial patch for the removal hooks
support?
