Hi,
I had problems installing tetex-bin package (3.0-30). At this time I had
the following packages installed:
ii tetex-base 3.0.dfsg.3-5 Basic TeX input files of teTeX
ii tex-common 1.0.1 Common infrastructure for using and building
ii texinfo 4.8.dfsg.1-4 Documentation system for on-line information
After "apt-get remove tetex-base tex-common texinfo --purge" I also
removed the /etc/texmf directory, which was not removed automaticall
because it was not empty.
After this "apt-get install tetex-bin" could install the following packages:
ii tetex-base 3.0.dfsg.3-5 Basic TeX input files of teTeX
ii tetex-bin 3.0-30 The teTeX programs
ii tex-common 1.0.1 Common infrastructure for using and building
