Dear Johannes, I can add pcre_internal.h to the emboss-lib package. Since EMBOSS uses a version of libpcre which is older than the one in Debian, I would like to avoid confusion. Can you suggest a relevant location for the file? I am not very comfortable with library handling. PS : I am preparing packages for version 5.0.0, released yesterday.
