After a quick glance, this module clearly uses the Apache 1.x API - Victor, if you are interested in porting (and maintaining, of course) this package to work with Apache 2.x (as 1.3 was just removed from Debian), please contact me - I have migrated a couple of apps, and might be able to help you do so as well.
