Well, there is already a '--arch' option for qemubuilder, it can be
implemented to pbuilder also.


However, I think I need the full list of things that's required for
full arch support before I commit into doing arch stuff. 

I think pbuilder will treat i386 / amd64 case specially; I am not sure
if other cases really exist.
