Raising the severity since this makes nautilus completely unusable. I have a doubt that the bug may be outside nautilus itself (or not only in it). I actually did not upgrade nautilus recently and it used to work a couple of days ago. The only nautilus* package I've upgraded is nautilus-cd-burner (plus libnautilus-burn4).
