Hi,
as the latest binNMU showed, kdevelop is unfortunately not binNMU safe.
There is more information at [1].
In addition I attached a proposed patch.

P.S.: There is a "standard" how to specify URLs in the long description.
It should be named Homepage: ... and indentend with two spaces. The
patch fixes that too.
