Thanks for the hint. I have made extensive testing with variuos servers/accounts/clients and unfortunately (although I'm really happy about it!) I cannot reproduce it anymore. Looks like it was a problem on my server, which has been solved. Please close the bug, I will reopen it only after serious tests providing necessary information.
