Support for dummy interfaces is deactivated in includes/cf/linux.h:
#define SKIP_DUMMY_INTERFACES
Apart from that I consider it a bug when dhcpd now tells me:
dhcpd: No subnet declaration for dummy0 (0.0.0.0).
...
dhcpd: Not configured to listen on any interfaces!
instead of giving the real reason, I would like to have it
listen on dummy0. I do not plan to actually use dummy0 but
just to test the OMAPI part of the server.
