I repeat: What are you considering a bug?

Why are you reporting something that is happening with your recompiled
MPlayer here in the BTS?

Note that MPlayer *really* does not support DVD menus, much less the
version in Etch.  Do not be fooled by the fact that "things" happen when
you have libdvdnav-dev lying around during compilation, DVD menu support
is not one of those things ...
