Likely the problem is this:
- system is pinned to Etch
- gnumed-client is installed from unstable/testing
- hence gnumed.xpm is put in /usr/share/pixmaps/gnumed.xpm
- med-common, however, is still from Etch
- hence the menu file expects the icon in
/usr/share/gnumed/bitmaps/gnumed.xpm
