I have no clue except that Jacek has just filed a bug (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1720328&group_id=69596&atid=525124) against linuxwacom. From his reference to Xorg, it looks like I need to fix something in xsetwacom. But, after reading those links, I still have no clue what to do to fix it.
