I've test it got stuck during shutdown: # strace -p 5612 Process 5612 attached - interrupt to quit --- SIGSTOP (Stopped (signal)) @ 0 (0) --- --- SIGSTOP (Stopped (signal)) @ 0 (0) --- futex(0x808a3c8, FUTEX_WAIT, 2, NULL <unfinished ...> Process 5612 detached But only with kernel-2.6.12-rc(1-2), with previous kernel works without problems.
