Package: oprofile
Version: 0.9.2-4
Severity: normal

When NMI is used as the oprofile interrupt source on amd64, no samples
are ever collected.

My test sequence is simply:

opcontrol --no-vmlinux
opcontrol --start
[wait a bit]
opcontrol --dump
opreport

Pre-loading the oprofile module with "timer=1" makes it work with the
above sequence.

I've tested on both AMD x2 and Intel Core2 Duo machines.
