With the 128.101.240.212 mirror no longer in the security.debian.org
mirror list, there is now no effective way to update machines via ssh
tunnels in a locked down DMZ short of mirroring, which the Debian
mirroring page at http://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror#what
recommends not doing (with good reasons listed for not doing so).
