Comments/Problems:
On the first pass, the "Install tasks" seemed to work OK but exited with
an error. I re-ran the "Install tasks" . It downloaded another 70 files,
installed them and exited OK. Possibly dependency problems? Not serious.
The overall install seemed to work OK but on reboot hung up at the
following point:
Begin: Waiting for root file system (Hung for about 5 minutes)
Done.
ALERT! /dev/sdb1 does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
Check your root= boot argument (cat /proc/cmdline) [Which gave:
root = /dev/sdb1 ro]
Check for missing modules (cat /proc/modules, or device files
(ls /dev)

Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

I have never gotten beyond this point. /root doesn't seem to exist.

Note: A warning note in the instructions for us idiots that haven't
burned an .iso disk for a long time might help. I recreated the .iso the
first try.
A warning that there is not support for the wireless LAN system (Intel
PRO/wireless 2915ABG) and/or that a hardwire LAN hookup is advised.
