Packages that are no longer built from any source package are semi-autmoagically removed during periodic archive maintenance and you don't need to explicitly request their removal. See http://wiki.debian.org/ftpmaster_Removals for more details. (In this case kdebluetooth -5 or -6 needs to have packages for all architectures in the archive, at which point -irmcsync will no longer be built by any packages in unstable and will become a candidate for removal).
