Thanks for your patch. I applied it to CVS and it will be contained in
the next published version.
PS: I wonder about the lines in tools/lib/Locale/eu_ES.ISO8859-1/LaTeX:
'before begin document' => '\\usepackage{babel}
\\renewcommand{\\vpageref}[1]{\\pageref{#1}. orrialdean}
\\def\glossaryname{Glosarioa}',
Since there seems to be LaTeX babel support for Basque, I wonder why it
is necessary to change glossary name and references. Do you filled a bug
against teTeX?
