I tried to reproduce it as well today, and I couldn't reproduce it
anymore as well. The failure might have been caused by another package
that was fixed in the meantime. The following build-dep changed:
-Inst libxt6 (1:1.0.5-2 Debian:unstable)
+Inst libxt6 (1:1.0.5-3 Debian:unstable)
-Inst libmagic1 (4.20-5 Debian:unstable)
-Inst file (4.20-5 Debian:unstable)
+Inst libmagic1 (4.20-8 Debian:unstable)
+Inst file (4.20-8 Debian:unstable)
-Inst dpatch (2.0.22 Debian:unstable)
+Inst dpatch (2.0.23 Debian:unstable)
-Inst haskell-utils (1.7 Debian:unstable)
+Inst haskell-utils (1.8 Debian:unstable)
-Inst ghc6 (6.6.1-1 Debian:unstable)
+Inst ghc6 (6.6.1-2 Debian:unstable)

I think you can close this bug ...
