Hi I am in charge of network services for our university, including the email servers. It’s really very difficult to judge Chinese spam by programming. There are already some spamassassin rules, but so far as I know, all of them couldn’t work well without custom. The rule from www.ccert.edu.cn has 500 rules, and it’s still actively updated, almost once per week. It’s the best one I tested; it will stop most Chinese spam with some extra custom rules. I think it’s worth to try t, since the moderators has overrun now. I can provide helps for Chinese spam filter if need.
