When adding a new user, phpbb2 reports an error while sending email.
However the email is sent successfully. The error mentions emailer.php
line 234. Locally I have just commented out the if(..) { message_die(..)
}. This does not appear to be a configuration problem in that 1) it
persists over exim and postfix, and 2) i have tried the solution
suggested on the web (I can't find the exact url right now) of setting
php to use /usr/sbin/sendmail -t instead of the default -t -i. Which
doesn't work.
