with a french keyboard we do not have access to all

Mod1|shift + number
Mod1/Ctrl + number
As number is shift + number
A french keyboard layout is :

| & | é ~| " #| ' {| ( [| - || è `| _ \| ç ^| à @|
Is it possible to modify the config.h to add the numpad numbers for non-US
keyboards ?
