  If this is a question, my point of view is that:
1/ if you hardcode it, it would be consistent with the way you did for
metaflac ;
2/ if you add a VORBISCOMMENTOPTS, it is easier to change it then
(probably more consistent with abcde philosophy, as far as I
understand it), but you should add a METAFLACOPTS too, to be
consistent.
