I have workgrave as an applet in my GNOME deskbar. When my session is loaded workgrave does not manage to start and exits. Then the window of Bug-Buddy appears. If I choose not to file a bug but to "reload the application" or "launch it again" (sorry if I am not precise, but I have the Italian messages, so I'm back-translating to English :), in the window of bug-buddy, workgrave starts and runs like a charm.
