Package: glibc
Version: 2.5-1
Severity: serious

A number of packages fail to build because 'CLK_TCK' is undeclared. I
suppose (but haven't confirmed) this comes from libc. Is this a bug
in libc, the packages or something else?

At least the following packages fail to build:

function)
