Hi Eduard Bloch, I have no idea about how sl-modem-daemon is supposed to behave during resume. The original reporter of this bug says that he needs to restart it after resume.
If this is not fixable in the daemon, then this problem can be papered over for people using pm-utils (which will be all people using the soon to arrive new hal) by dropping a little script in a certain directory that just restarts the daemon. If you agree this the way to go, I can try to prepare this little script... grts Tim
