if the text string (in the -draw option) begins with nan, there is something wrong happening, anything after nan is cut $ convert -draw 'text 0,-20 nanook' ~/work/info/blanc.png ~/work/tmp/trash/rxvt.nanook.xpm convert: Non-conforming drawing primitive definition `ook'. enclosing it in quotes is a workaround. (any other string without nan is working without quotes) my full line : $ convert -font helvetica-bold -pointsize 90 -fill '#FFEEEE' -gravity northeast -draw "text 0,-20 'nanook'" ~/work/info/blanc.png ~/work/tmp/trash/rxvt.nanook.xpm thanks -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (300, 'unstable'), (250, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.10-1-686 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages imagemagick depends on: ii libmagick6 6:6.0.6.2-2.2 Image manipulation library -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
