Package: cvs Version: 1:1.12.13-8 Severity: wishlist The server protocol supports obtaining individual revisions of a file, but it does not support downloading the entire ,v file. Tools like cvssuck can attempt to recreate a ,v file by obtaining individual revisions, but they put a high strain on the server, and don't accurately recreate history very well. If the CVS server provided the ability to directly download the ,v file, it would make cvssuck unnecessary.
