One item was wrong: dim[0] should be 4 in case of one coil (indicating
that dim[1] through dim[3] are significant) and 5 in case of more than
one coil (indicating that dim[1] through dim[4] are significant.)
Version 2.26.1 fixes this.
Note: dicomnifti does not use dim[6] and dim[7].
