Hi,
/etc/cron.d/tz-brasil points to /usr/sbin/tz-brasil-restart-cron
but according to the changelog, this script was renamed to
/usr/sbin/tz-brasil-restart
Just rename it in the cron file, and I think it will be fine.
In other words, the patch to close bug 399720 created this one.
