thanks for maintaining mapnik. The description of mapnik-utils says: [...] This package contains miscellaneous utilities distributed with mapnik. It doesn't say, however, what these utilities do. This makes it impossible to use the description to answer basic questions such as "what can I do with this?" and "is this something I could use?".
