Ok, all of them? Currently we have
copy
for the following files:
/etc/texmf/metafont/misc/modes.mf
/etc/texmf/tex/generic/config/pdftexconfig.tex
/etc/texmf/tex/latex/pict2e/pict2e.cfg
/etc/texmf/tex/latex/contour/contour.cfg
/etc/texmf/tex/latex/config/color.cfg
/etc/texmf/tex/latex/config/graphics.cfg
/etc/texmf/tex/latex/config/hyperref.cfg
pdftexconfig.tex and modes.mf should probably be moved (so that format
generation fails), but the other 5 are input files which does not harm
to have them around. Or?
