This should actually be a clamav-freshclam recipe, since there are clamv installations (mine, for example) that do not use freshclam and in turn do not need this recipe. I have committed the following rules: /var/log/clamav/freshclam\.log\.0$ LowLogs /var/log/clamav/freshclam\.log\.1\.gz$ RotatedLogs+ANF /var/log/clamav/freshclam\.log\.[0-9]+\.gz$ RotatedLogs /var/log/clamav/freshclam\.log$ Logs /var/lib/clamav/daily\.inc$ VarDir /var/lib/clamav/daily\.inc/daily\.(info|[nmh]db)$ VarFile /var/lib/clamav/mirrors.dat$ VarFile and would appreciate if you could give them a try on your system.
