Package: mime-support
Version: 3.39-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

The MIME type application/x-ns-proxy-autoconfig also applied to dat
files.

In particular wpad.dat --- the name is hardcoded into multiple browsers
as is the MIME type expected. See
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_Proxy_Autodiscovery_Protocol> for
reference but I have also tested this myself with IE and Firefox.

Anand
