hi,
just for the record, talking of packages based on "the ones from Jérôme
Schell" you mean either of the following sources:
deb http://debian.myreseau.org/ sarge main
deb-src http://debian.myreseau.org/ sarge main
deb http://debian.myreseau.org/ etch main
deb-src http://debian.myreseau.org/ etch main
(just because i originally missed out on those ;)
is there a repository with preliminary packages from you available?
i recently started to use boxbackup at home. bbstored running on an
nslu2 (arm cpu), two i386 based bbackupd clients. looking to add a third
amd64 based one. all machines running debian etch.
i would be interested in seeing boxbackup in debian (and may ubuntu
benefit as well ;). i am neither a C++ nor a make hacker though - guess
i will therefore stay with testing prereleases / helping out with
documentation a little. i am now subscribed to this bug, please post
download instructions if you have anything to test.
i also added a link to this bug on
http://bbdev.fluffy.co.uk/trac/wiki/Installation so people don't miss
out on our efforts.
cheers,
fabian
