Actually, this is post-0.7.x, so BASS works just fine with ScummVM 0.7.1 which appears to be the one that'll ship with Sarge - so I'm lowering the severity of this bug. I cannot include this file just yet anyway - as it's generated from a number of header files with a special "compiler" which right now isn't publically available. Hence, this file cannot be distributed in compliance with the Debian Free Software Guidelines. On the bright side I've gotten assurances from the ScummVM team that they'll release these tools when ScummVM 0.8.0 is released, so I'll be able to include the file immediately after it gets mandatory to have.
